I know. There are a lot of back-to-school help floating around the blogosphere these days but I’m here to give you some back to university advice. 1. Collect as much free frosh swag as you can. Today on campus, there was a free coffee kiosk; yesterday, free ice cream. Also, the snack shop was opening up and had bought too much coke and were giving away bottles. Uh, thank you, thank you, thank you… Keep in mind however that sometimes free stuff isn’t exactly free *ahem* credit cards for t-shirts *ahem* 2. School supplies at Wal-Mart? What are you, a millionaire? Get a free pen (see point 1) and make a calendar from Word. Buy a notebook at the dollar store. Now you’re set for school. Most of the information you need for the exams is in your textbooks anyways. 3. Not that I condone the illegality of this but… a large number of students have begun using Spirit scanners or photocopiers to create their own e-books from textbooks that they’ve borrowed from the library.
